Steve began his career in corporate accounting before transitioning into various business operations and executive roles. The resulting combination of a strong financial background with operational experience provides Steve with what his colleagues refer to as “a unique decision-making skill set.”

Steve earned a Bachelor Degree in business administration and an MBA in management from Strayer University. In addition, Steve has earned certificates in Assessing and Refining Your Leadership Style, Promoting Innovation and Organizational Change, and Managing People for Maximum Performance from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
