Bob has 30+ years of financial and project management experience in the Information Technology industry with extensive experience partnering with senior leadership and operations management to successfully execute financial and service delivery plans.

He has held lead finance positions within the government, commercial and corporate business environments providing financial planning and management, with emphasis on budgeting/forecasting, performance improvement, management reporting and analytics and other support as required to ensure efficient delivery of contractual/business obligations

Bob has also held lead project management roles for system implementations within a corporate environment
The combination of finance, operations and systems experience make Bob uniquely qualified to help Score clients effectively evaluate various aspects of a business start-up or improve the operational performance of an existing small business

He earned a Bachelor (BBA) degree in Finance from Temple University and a Masters of Science (MS) degree in Information Science from Penn State University
